Moulded brass mounting.
Egg-shaped pommel topped by a dome serving as a riveting knob.
Twenty-six fluted grip.
Straight crosspiece, quillons with rouelle, control and registration marks.
Double-edged carp tongue blade.
Triangular flat on the heel, stamped and engraved "JEAN", central ridge.
Leather scabbard, brass fittings, stamped.
