Mahogany Hot Water Bottle Table, Louis XVI – 18th Century

This solid mahogany and mahogany veneer table has a knockout belt with a brass ogee strip around its edge. On either side, we find a drawer fitted with a bronze lens button. The sides and bottoms of the drawers are in oak. On the sides, this table has shelves surrounded by a mahogany frame. They are dark with new green leather with cold sticker and gold sticker. This table rests on four spindle legs, with fixed grooves, ending in a ball shoe. In the upper part we observe grooves fixed on the belt. This Louis XVI bouillotte table is topped with a beautiful gray circular Sainte Anne Belge marble.
