Very beautiful pair of slip figures from the 19th century Onnaing factory. Two water carriers in colorful and draped clothing. Large in size, they were assembled into lamps by the excellent Parisian house Claude de Mauzac (macaroon under the bases) The lampshades are mounted on a riser and faller and are made with fagot branches. Total height of 85 cm Height of the characters alone. 55 cm No damage Sold at the time by Madeleine Castaing.
