Blue Satsuma gosu spherical vase with lid characterized by a lobed body that emulates the petals of a chrysanthemum. The main motifs are floral, with a variety of flowers painted with great precision and attention to detail. Signed under the base 'Satsuma-yaki Tomonobu'.Period: Meiji mid-19th century.
