Shaded Chantilly lace similar to Bayeux lace (late 19th century), made with bobbins from grenadine silk thread and of incredible lightness: barely 130 grams for a length of 550 cm and a width of 50 cm. Rare and abundant floral decoration composed in particular of Elizabeth bellflowers, passion flower heads, among other friezes and floral garlands highlighting the head border. Condition :
Note two small recoveries in the part of the network located just below the entanglement, as well as two or three small releases. Also note a very small tear at the edge of the head and a few centimeters of crumpled chipping. These relative imperfections do not alter the solidity of the part which remains solid under tension.
