Here is a pretty candle holder from the early 20th century made by Bointaburet. In 1860 the antique dealer Georges Boin and the jeweler Emile Taburet joined forces to found the Boin-Taburet house at 3 rue Pasquier in Paris. This candle holder features a parrot on a porcelain and bronze base typical of the period. On the top we find the two candle holders Marking on the bottom: Bointaburet in Paris, plus GB hallmark, I-4171-cqu-rni 38413 12. The electricity obviously needs to be reviewed for safety reasons.
