Rare "Curon" in solid silver from Burgandy during the Louis XV period. Plain model with nets under the neckline, and numbered in small characters "APA". Hallmark of Common House for CHATILLON-Sur-Seine 1768-69 (N Couronné) and Hallmark of Master Goldsmith Pierre-Claude MARCHAND received in 1752 after having completed his apprenticeship then as a journeyman in Bar-sur-Seine. Curon de Bourgogne from the rare Châtillon-Sur-Seine bureau in very good condition and well hallmarked, micro-scratches from use.
