France, 1930s/1950s, very pretty plaster bust depicting Hermes of Olympia based on the original work in Parian marble by Praxiteles made around 343 BC discovered in 1877 during the excavations of Olympia in Greece .Height 53 cm. Width 36 cm. The scale indicator in the last photograph is a small model of a lighter from a brand known to everyone.
Good condition except for normal wear and lack of material under the base of the base without affecting the beautiful aesthetics.
