Interesting gilded bronze plaque (original gilding, worn), probably an ornamental bronze on a chest, representing a crowned woman with long hair, framed by two angels. The picketing that can be observed on certain parts of this plaque is reminiscent of Italian work from the 16th century. Sold with its custom-made display in red velvet on wood.
