Important showcase from the Art Nouveau period at the end of the 19th century around 1900 Work from the School of Nancy in the style of Louis Majorelle (in reference to a similar model sold by the famous auction house Christies during the dispersal of Barbara Streisand's collection) Structure in carved mahogany opening with a large oblong glass door decorated with a mixed-linear decoration carved in relief and a marquetry of flowers, the cornice is decorated with a richly carved openwork pediment with a naturalist ribbon motif, the ribbed uprights are trimmed of ribbons ending at the top with stylized fire pots.
