"Thonet Pedestal Table "
Splendid THONET pedestal table with 4 curved wooden legs joined in the center by a turned cylinder and at the level of the base by a round spacer. The four legs are mounted on brass claw casters. They are joined at the top to support an oval top with a band containing a drawer on the front. Under the top, there is a nailed copper label bearing the words Thonet Frères, Boulevard Poissonnière, Paris. The set is in excellent condition with a tray in used condition without any remarkable shock or stain. Height 72 cm width of the base 40 by 34 cm width of the top 59.8 by 47.4 cm thickness of the top with strip 6.5 cm depth of the drawer 36 cm.
