Pair of English mahogany chairs from the Victorian period. The gondola-type curvature back refers to models from the early 19th century, such as those from Sheraton or Hepplewhite. The seats are green leather and the front legs have their original brass wheels. 50.5 cm wide, 58 cm high and 60 cm deep. Both retain the Constantine & Co. production mark with the serial number and the name of whoever made them.
