Charming work signed Georges Pico presenting the Place du Tertre in Montmartre (Paris) in 1970. In a figurative although naive style, the Parisian painter known for views of his city depicts the square here with humor: the square is empty but the stands of Typical paintings are installed under the trees, waiting for tourists to come and visit them. Panoramic view in a very pleasant rendering. The canvas has some chips (largely restorable), see photos.
