18K Gold (750/1000) and Brilliant Cut Diamonds Necklace.
This classic vintage necklace in 18K white gold is set with brilliant-cut diamonds along approximately half its length. It is of fine quality and in very good condition. It measures 42cm and sits perfectly flat against the skin. Probably a piece of jewelry from the '80s.
