Lot of 66 “FMR” Art magazines, French version, including 8 binding boxes.
This lot goes from No. 1 from April / May 1986, including the preview, to No. 72 from February / March 1998... 6 magazines are missing: numbers 43, 44, 47, 50, 51 and 61... Each of the 8 binding sets includes between 5 and 6 magazines. The whole thing is in very good condition.
This magnificent magazine, of superb quality and described as "the most beautiful magazine in the world" by its designer Franco Maria Ricci (FMR), is a reference for art lovers. Its extreme quality in all respects made it from its creation an object of pleasure, and of collection, sold only by subscription and at a few selected booksellers. Some of these magazines are sold individually on the internet, between €10 and €30....
We are sellers of the LOT ONLY, and at a price that we consider reasonable (€8.33 per magazine, not counting the binding boxes which were very expensive).
The set represents a 90 cm long library shelf. A binding is 33 cm high and 25.5 cm deep. But the quality is weighty, this lot exceeds 53 kgs!...
