With the epitome of L. Forus from the foundation of the City of Rome until the end of the Empire of Augustus. Order of Preaching Brothers, Advisor to the King in his State and Private Councils, & appointed by His Majesty to the Archbishop of Marseille. Last Edition, revised, corrected, & expanded before the death of the Author. In Paris, at. Nicolas & Jean de la Coste, at Mont Sint Hilaire, at the Ecu de Bretagne, & at the small door of the Palace, in front of the Augustins 1637. This precious work, well printed in generous characters, is divided into 20 Books and includes a table of contents so that you can find your way around this famous, precise and well-written text by Coeffecteau from the time of Louis XIII; Louis XIV was born three years later....
