Letter signed to Mr. Arnaud, ordinary public works engineer. Paris on November 28, 1792; 1 page in-4°
Letter of assignment as Minister of the Interior: “I warn you that I have just attached you to the department of Charente lower as an ordinary public works engineer with a salary of 2.4000 f which will be paid to you from the day you were put into service. You will be kind enough to go immediately to this Directory to receive its orders. My letter will serve as your commission…”
