Louis XVI sugar bowl in finely insulated and openwork solid silver, body decorated with monogram, lid decorated with a flower bud, hallmarked at the Fermiers Généraux de Paris (Maison Commune, 1789) and goldsmith JLAG for Jacques Louis Auguste Leguay* + hallmark discharge (sheet), vintage late 18th century.
