Theodore Weber is a marine painter born in Leipzig in 1839 and died in Paris in 1907. In 1854 he was a student of Wilhem Krause in Berlin. To perfect his skills, in 1856, he arrived in Paris where he became a student of Eugene Isabey and exhibited at the Salons Parisiens. Honorable mention in 1861 In 1863 Universal Exhibition In 1900, he won the bronze medal at the Universal Exhibition. He also exhibited in Munich in 1891 and 1892.
