Louis XV-Louis XVI Transition period chest of drawers, work from Eastern France from the 18th century, walnut veneer and contrasting woods; facade with central projection; it opens with three drawers in a row in the strip decorated with a chevron frieze, surmounting two long drawers with concealed support crossbars, the drawers decorated with rectangular reserves surrounded by dark fillets forming Greek lines at the corners; the front uprights knocked down and the rear uprights raised, feet arched; veined white marble top, cut following the movement of the furniture and surrounded by a groove. Ornamentation of chiseled bronzes. Has two keys. Very good condition.
