Directoire style bookcase from the late 19th century, in cedar burl inlaid with ebonized wood fillets and palmettes. It opens with 4 doors including 2 glazed central ones, rounded and with lattices. Finely chiseled and gilded bronze decoration depicting antique vases and laurel wreaths in frames, asparagus fluting, garland falls, egg friezes, rosettes, etc. Resting on 6 sculpted spindle feet ending in gilded bronze sabots . Interior in blond oak, height-adjustable shelving. Good quality cabinetmaking and excellent condition 3 keys are present
