At the age of 19 he obtained his entrance exam for Decorative Arts; then he is a graphic designer, decorator, advertising designer, poster creator, winner of state coin competitions. He is also the illustrator of the art book “Belles saison” by Colette composed of original lithographs (Editions Pierre de Tartas). Post-impressionist painter, past master in his way of monopolizing nature, he retains all its elements: the wind, the air, the water, the sun (which obviously speaks to him: could these be his origins? Greeks?) He will put all his enthusiasm at the service of light and color, ultimately giving little importance to exact forms. He therefore expresses all the softness of a landscape, the life of a seaside, the calm of a garden using quick, airy, lively touches that soar and suggest. He also likes to paint en plein air. He also likes to paint en plein air because he says: “A moment of truth passes in that moment”.
