Formerly restored and cleaned, on its original canvas, missing frame. Alexandrine von Wistinghausen was born on January 20, 1850 in Reval, Estonia. She was the daughter of Alexander von Wistinghausen and Karoline von Wistinghausen, she studied at the Saint Petersburg academy and was a student of Champeaux in Paris. Source Bénézit.
