One representing Henry IV, inscribed “EQUAL IN VIRTUE / THEY WERE IT / IN MIESS", signed and dated and located Alex Deheque Ciseleur, fecit 1820 Rue des Fossés Montmartre n°13 Paris. The other representing the Duke of Berry, inscribed: “HE WAS FRENCH / PRINCE AND CHRISTIAN / UNTIL THE LAST / SIGH”, signed and dated and located Alex Deheque Ciseleur, fecit 1820 Rue des Fossés Montmartre n°13 Paris Total height 26.5cm. dated 1820 and dated 1821 are preserved in the national furniture collections, some copies are due to an order from the Duchess of Berry. Good general condition.
