"René Prou Max Ingrand Coffee Table Iron Base With Inclusions 1950"
This table could be attributed to René Prou and Max Ingrand in collaboration. We don't know for sure, but we are very close to the techniques used by these two creators. The base in particular which is worked, patinated typical of René Prou. The plate is of great quality, it is thick glass with bird inclusions and floral decoration. As for the condition, note that the glass does not show any significant damage, we point out some gaps and stains in the polychromy. This table is natural, it has been preserved by time. René Prou (1887-1947), interior designer and decorator, is a central figure of the Art Deco movement.
