Fine Ghoum rug signed Master Mohammad Jamchidi, made in silk velvet on a foundation of silk, velvet, warps, weft and fringes. Characterized by a rare so-called “garden” decor with six rows of five boxes inlaid with stylized carpets, thrones, doors of ancient temples and palaces, as well as garden kiosks, compositions of stylized flower sprigs, garden landscapes, but also chalices, mirhabs, hanging oil lamps, and diamonds and colored stones in polychrome surrounded by stylized gutters supplying waterways into the boxes with symbols of life and creation in the garden.
