"Series Of Three Nesting Tables In Walnut, Late 19th Century."
These small retractable tables were widely used in 19th century salons as "flying" tables or as collections displays. The 'sheath' legs are slightly arched at the bottom, and have fine lemon wood fillets, as do the edges of the tops. Very pretty set, characteristic of the 19th century way of life, in very good condition. Dimensions: - 47x37; h.58. - 38x35; h.55. - 33x35; h.53.
