Who other than the artist can give us the keys to reading this window which opens onto two blue triangles and a few cabalistic signs later, adjoining two phases of the moon. This canvas, imagined, created, coated then scraped, and refined in the sublime scents of the California coast, somewhere on the 70 miles drive... will end up stretched between two driftwoods then will be signed and dated March 1993. Then the life of Chistine Foulché brought her back to France where she excelled in her works and in her larger-than-life animal drawings.
