Quick description
Set of two old mortuary souvenirs, hair frames.
The one dated 1891 contains hair from a child who died at 16 months.
The hair was finely cut and then glued onto a glass plate with a blue background.
The second is dated 1901, both come from the same family (John).
Period frames with a pretty patina; slightly cleaned and protected by a veil of wax.
Very touching pieces.
