Beautiful sculpture representing Narcissus from the “grand tour” based on the ancient one discovered in 1862 in Pompeii and currently kept at the Archaeological Museum of Naples.
Formidable bronze with a realistic patina from excavation, on a circular terrace with a heart-shaped frieze of very good quality, signed ''FONDERIA SOMMER NAPOLI'', circa 1880.
Note, a bronze vine leaf, hiding the virility, which can be removable is present.
