" Bathtub, Made Out Of One Bloc Carrara Marble, Ca.1800-1825"
Beautiful, freestanding bathtub, made out of one massive Carrara-block, during the second Empire-period (1804-1815). It stood for many years in a chateau in the south of France. The interior has a carved sitting-step and the front is carved with two big rings. This bathtub is nicely aged by time and use and in an excellent condition. It's still 'Dans son Jus', but can be cleaned (and polished) if you like. Worldwide shipping. Delivery in Europe can be done by Antique Fireplaces First: 'In House Delivery'.
