"Louis XVI Style Mahogany Cylinder Desk"
Mahogany cylinder desk opening with four belt drawers and two pulls. There is a central drawer, two independent drawers on the left and a large double drawer on the right that can be locked. The cylinder reveals 2 lockers and 3 drawers and the sliding top is covered in leather. It is topped with a writing part that can tilt to varying degrees. It rests on four tapered and fluted legs. Rich ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes. White marble top surrounded by an openwork brass gallery. Louis XVI style, early 20th century, well made.
