Small Daum art nouveau vase, soliflore with enameled decoration of thistles
Soliflore with rotating decoration of acid-etched and enameled thistles, enhanced with gold, on a frosted background.
The collar and the base underlined with gold.
"Daum Nancy" signature with the Lorraine cross in gold under the base.
c. 1900.
If the model is known, the colors of this vase are rare, with the added splash of opalescent blue among the contrast offered by the burgundy and gold decor over the yellow/lime green and pink/red colours background.
