It is certainly a student of the famous flower painter, Pierre Josef Redouté.
Is there a connection with the Countess of Nattes? The Countess du Lau d’Allemans? of Lau d'Ollemans?
Likewise the term Lorge, certainly places this watercolor, is it in the commune of L'Hermitage-Lorge in the Côtes d'Armor in Brittany?
The Count of Choiseul inherited the lands of Lorge in 1781.
