Pair of French Empire candelabre belonging to the early 19th century. The central shaft is characterized by the figure of a winged woman in burnished bronze who carries a four-light stump on her head. The strain is characterized by a basket of flowers from which four arms with floral motifs branch off and end with a wax holder. The woman rests on a golden sphere with a floral motif which in turn sits on a skilfully chiseled cylindrical bronze base. Provenance: France, early 19th century. Measurements: 12x12 H65cm.
