"Blue Opaline: Bottle And Its Stopper"
Beautiful and large bottle and its blue opaline stopper, highlighted with gold, late 19th century period. Slender shape, pyriform body on shower stand, long neck decorated with three rings and very pointed oriental-style cap. The bottle is made of blown-molded glass, the rings were added hot, the scissor cut is visible under the base. Applied gold decoration of bunches and vine leaves, circular threads on the base, the rings as well as the cap, some wear to report. the whole, however, remains very homogeneous. No cracks, no restoration. This type of decanter probably comes from a Bohemian workshop for the Persian market. Delivery: €20 for mainland France.
