Lorgnette with a silver print bearing the signature "Lerebours Quai de l'Horloge à Paris". Sheathed in green shagreen and contained in its gray shagreen case. Very good optical condition. Lerebours (1761-1850): Optician of great reputation then supplier to the Emperor Napoleon from 1804. Installed on Quai de l'Horloge in Paris from 1789 to 1793.
