"Daum Miniature Vase In Nancy, Vine Decoration And Application Of A Beetle"
Superb miniature vase from the Daum factory in Nancy. In multi-layered orange glass, with a tubular neck and bulbous base, it has a pretty vine decoration engraved in acid cameo and an application of a small green beetle along the neck with the legs engraved in the decoration. Signature engraved under the base: Daum 'Croix de Lorraine' Nancy with remains of gold highlights. In perfect condition, no cracks, no chips, collar edge not ground and intact. Very small dimensions for this delightful collector's item.
