"Louis XVI Lyra Clock"
Spectacular and large lyre-shaped clock in white Carrara marble with rich ornamentation of bronzes, finely chiseled and gilded.The white enamel dial with black enameled Arabic numerals and garlands of polychrome flowers.
The white marble lyra is topped with a radiant neoclassical mask from which escapes a bronze pendulum symbolizing the strings of a lyra, itself connected to a rhinestone cord.
Louis XVI style , a French quality work around 1870.
Original gilding and in working order.
