Small hanging corner from the Louis XV period. Small corner shelf with a curved front opening with 2 doors, topped with 2 shelves taken from the scalloped sides. The curved facade with its two doors is veneered with a curling of rosewood wood in 4 sheets called diamond point in a flat-bed frame and miter-cut frame. The interior of the furniture and the shelf part is stained “oxblood” color with blackened edges. This pretty little piece of cabinetmaking is a work from the Louis XV period in a still Regency style dating from the first half of the 18th century.
