"Persian Carpet Circa 1900"
Persian rug from the beginning of the 20th century. Tiger hunting scene. Several felines are shown being chased by hunters on horseback. Rich floral decoration, various birds and in the center an elephant with his palanquin. The carpet is in good condition. It has been cleaned. Note slight wear on the blue wool hemmed edge.
