Born in 1854 and died in 1941, Eugène Gallien Laloue known as Eugène Galien-Laloue was a French painter and engraver, known under several pseudonyms such as Léon Dupuy, Eugène Dupuy, Eugène Galiany, Eugène Lemaitre, Maurice Lenoir, A. Languinais... He is famous for its Parisian cityscapes. He also painted landscapes of Normandy, Seine-et-Marne, Marseille, Italy and Venice. Visible at the Galerie Courcelle Antiquités, at 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
