(SPM) Self-taught, he began painting very early, first bright and colorful watercolors, then oil painting. Jacques Fourcy mainly painted the high mountains, his works represent the great peaks of the Chamonix valley and the Oisans but also the Swiss Alps. He is a hyperrealist painter. The Chamonix Museum has several of his works
