Diana Slip was a 1930s French lingerie company owned by Léon Vidal, also known as Victor Vidal. Diana Slip was much more than a lingerie company, as Vidal extended his business into parallel areas such as underwear and fetish clothing for BDSM enthusiasts, the sale of "derivative" products such as condoms, and above all erotic books and photography. In order to publish high-quality catalogs and photographs, Vidal was able to surround himself with renowned photographers such as Brassaï, Jean Moral and Roger Schall.
