Pair of Louis XVI period wall lights, in finely chiseled and gilded bronze, with 3 arms of light. Truncated conical shaft with grooves decorated with asparagus tips topped with an openwork console of interlacing on which rests an antique Athenian woman supported by a base with rams' heads. The upper part of the frustoconical shaft is connected by garlands of falling laurel leaves, alternating the birth of the central arm of light. Fluted arm light decorated with large burst acanthus leaves with asparagus tips. Fluted lighting binets topped with heart stripes, alternated in the lower part with a continuous beaded rim. Bobèches and basins with acanthus leaves set in a surround of fine flutes topped with a continuous rim of pearls. Original gilding cleaned in excellent condition. Possible drilling of elements for electrification on request and quote.
