"Large Oval Table With Empire Mahogany Dining Room Band"
Large oval dining room table with band, in mahogany and mahogany veneer, it rests on six banded column legs topped with bronze capitals. These are veneered as well as the belt in flamed mahogany veneer. The solid mahogany top opens in the middle along its long length, revealing a set of oak slides allowing the installation of four extensions. Maximum dimension of the length of the fully open table; 3.50 m with a width of 1.45 m. It comes with three modern extensions measuring 57 cm x 145 cm in medium framed in wood. in good condition, varnish very present, work from the first third of the 19th century.
