In mahogany veneer and brass rim, has 2 hooks on the back so that it can be fixed. Old watch face at the front. Composed of a vermeil letter opener, two bottles with vermeil cases (glass stoppers inside), a vermeil powder compact, a vermeil cigarette holder, a large mirror with vermeil border vermeil and leather back, a card holder and a case also in leather as well as a small desk pad. The vermeil elements are signed Keller: Maison Gustave Keller was founded in 1857 and specializes in luxury essentials and leather goods. Offering quality products, it was rewarded at the Universal Exhibitions of 1867 (silver medal) and 1878 (gold medal). In 1878, the House was taken over by the two sons and they brought a new specialty: table goldsmithing. They will then be rewarded at the following Universal Exhibitions: a gold medal in 1889 and a Grand Prix in 1900. Their success can be explained by the quality of their pieces, this brings them prestigious orders from European courts. The company continued its activity until 1947. Used condition of the whole.
