Rare pair of Louis XV style “confessional” or “carriage” armchairs.
This pair is finely carved in walnut.
Retracted armrests, arched feet. Upholstered in blue fabric on the seat, back and armrests, with matching cushion. T
he tapestry is slightly worn, the end of a foot of a shepherdess is slightly damaged (souvenir of a little cat or cat).

Napoleon III period , a French work around 1880.
