Important 19th Century Neo-gothic Pediment

Chiseled gilded bronze, champlevé panel.
Here we have a cornice pediment (with two returns on the sides).
The very openwork decoration is modeled on the decorative vocabulary of the 13th century.
We can see vine branches, hops, flowers... The beautiful quality of carving is enriched with numerous details. The part on the facade is a pediment, extended on the sides of the same frieze.
This very beautiful bronze element can be used in many ways. I attached a large panel reproducing the champlevé enamels, bronze “fences” demarcating the colors as on the original champlevés.
I acquired the lot from an old bronze maker. There are various bronze elements or accessories from all periods, this type of supply is difficult to find especially for large models, therefore very decorative. I will present several models, and you can call me for a specific request that I can resolve if I also have this bronze element.

Condition:
Excellent condition, beautiful gilding, one crack without fragility on the back of the left side.
