Sculpture from the Art Deco period (present in the St Clément catalog of 1930). Old ceramic piece of good manufacturing quality with a shiny white completely cracked glaze, very characteristic of productions from the Art Deco period. Model representing a walking polar bear with stylized lines in the most beautiful spirit of sculptures from the 1930s where animal representations were very fashionable. Signature on the edge of the terrace GEO CONDE, and stamp below Saint Clément France. Ceramic listed in the work “Craquelés les animals en verre 1920-1940” by Patrick Malaureille.
